Refund Policies

We can only begin to process your application after we have received and confirmed your full required documents. The time of processing depends on the type of service you choose (5 days, 3 days or 30 hours). In case of any extra requirement, we will inform you via email to fulfill the extra requirement and continue to process your application after your fulfillment. Please notice that the processing time only counts from the moment we have received all your full and correct documents as required. If you delay sending us the full and correct documents as required, the processing time will be longer than the processing time guaranteed, and we shall not be responsible for any lateness.

Travel To India Applied

Cancelation after we have processed your Travel To India is not possible. There will be no refund granted in case of cancelation after applying of the Travel To India.

Rejected Result

In case your Travel To India application is rejected; we will provide you with the rejection proof via email so sorry we cannot refund any fee.

Late delivery

Depending on the confirmation time, if we have not sent you any Travel To India result or update, we will refund you our 30 hours processing fee. Processing fee of 3 days and 5 days are not refundable.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested Travel To India at the time of your intended departure. Our Travel To India Experts cannot be held responsible for any Travel To India granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect Travel To India information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any Travel To India issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.

We strongly recommend that you check your Travel To India information with your passport and personal information prior to departure.
The refund amount would be worked out based on the cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 03 – 05 days due to banking procedures to be reversed back to the same Credit / Debit card number / PayPal account which was used for payment.
